Our typical hiring process takes 2-4 weeks from application to offer. This includes initial screening (3-5 days), interviews (1-2 weeks), and final decision (3-5 days). We move quickly for exceptional candidates.

Most roles include: (1) Initial phone screen with HR (30 min), (2) Technical/skills assessment with hiring manager (60 min), (3) Team fit interview with potential colleagues (45 min), (4) Final culture fit conversation with leadership (30 min). We'll always communicate what to expect beforehand.
